Our Wedding

It all began with a simple “heart sparkle” on social media - a modern meet-cute that would become the start of something beautiful. One evening, Mason came across a photo of Brooke through a mutual friend. After a few conversations, Brooke invited Mason to her formal, and their first meeting was a walk at Lakeshore followed by a night of dancing. Though their connection was instant, the timing wasn’t quite right. Brooke was traveling, and Mason returned to Tuscaloosa to finish the semester. Months later, they reconnected over the phone, but again, life had other plans. In the fall of 2023, Brooke visited Tuscaloosa for the Tennessee–Alabama football game. Neither of them knew that this weekend would change everything. After the game, Mason learned that Brooke still had feelings for him - and as the saying goes, the third time’s the charm. From a quiet spark to a love beautifully woven by God, Brooke and Mason’s story is a testament to His faithfulness. What began as a simple encounter has grown into a lasting love - one far more beautiful than they could have ever imagined.

Carrie and I met on Work Crew at Carolina Point before going to UTK together. Once I met her, I knew deep down Carrie would be a forever friend. Years later she is my Maid of Honor! She is loyal and steadfast, selfless and giving.

Lainey is everyone's personal encourager! She consistently sees the good in people, loves from the center of her heart, and seeks the Lord above all else. She is inclusive and sees people the way the Lord sees them.

Christin balances the "both, and" of life so well. She knows how to encourage celebration and wipe away tears in the same breath. Her dedicated heart and soft soul are just two of the many things that make her special.

 From what started as using Rob for answers in 10th grade chemistry class quickly turned into something long lasting. Rob is a constant in my life and a true friend that loves and cares so well. He is also the best handy man I know. I do still occasionally use him to rotate my tires or change my oil.

Ryan is the oldest of us Klaehn brothers. He is wise beyond his years, louder than anyone I know, and so funny. I am grateful for all the ways he loves not only myself, but all those around him as well. If you ever get a chance, get a big Ryan hug because you won't regret it!

Jackson is the middle of the Klaehn brothers and balances us brothers out. His hard work, drive, and determination are just a few things I admire about him. Thankful to have a brother to look up to and learn so much from in this next phase of life. Honored to have him stand by my side on this day!

Evan is Brooke's brother and he is also someone I have had the pleasure of getting to know for the past 2 years. Although I have not known him for a long time, I have enjoyed all of the times I have gotten to spend with him and am so excited for him to be my future brother in law!

Turner and I naturally became friends through our love for the Eyssens, pickleball, and college sports. Our friendship is one that I am so blessed with and I am grateful I have a pickleball partner for life.

My friendship with Chris is something that I value greatly. We met freshman year at Alabama and from only a few interactions we became inseparable, I could not have gone through college without his comedic relief, true friendship, and presence. Couldn't picture another Christopher standing by my side on this special day

Ian and I became friends senior year of high school when I began sitting at the same lunch table as him and our friends. Had I gone to UTK we would have been roommates but the Lord knew that would have been a dangerous duo!

I didn't know much about Hayes Dalton until the third Saturday of October in 2023 when he and my buddy Ian stayed the night with me in Tuscaloosa. Since then, I could not imagine my life without him with all the laughs and memories made.

I met Jennings through the grapevine of all UT friends when I would come home for break. This friendship is one that has brought much laughter, sweet memories, and a lot of competitive pickleball matches. Jennings is caring, kind, athletic, and radiates joy to every person he comes into contact with. Blessed to call him a friend.

Avery Jameson was introduced to me during a great phase of life called Covid. Since then I have been so blessed to have his friendship in my life. He's an avid hoops fan with a big personality that drives everyone to him. Did I mention he's the best basketball trainer in the greater East Tennessee region?

What is the dress attire?We would love to see you in Black Tie attire! For women: think happy, colorful, summer, floor length dresses or gowns. For men: full tuxedos are requested. Since dress code wordings can be confusing, linked here is an <a href="https://pin.it/43CecWAGt" rel="noopener" target="_blank">outfit inspiration guide</a> if you need help visualizing our requested attire. As the title suggests, this is simply inspiration, not a rulebook! Dress to the nines and please don't be afraid to have fun with it!

When do I need to RSVP?Kindly respond by June 1st!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?Our ceremony will be outside! Fans and refreshments will be provided. If it rains, we will have a back-up plan. The dinner reception will be indoors with air conditioning! Say a little prayer for no rain and not-too-much heat! And if not, thank you for loving us enough to sit through a lovely Tennessee Saturday Night with us!

Can I bring a plus one?We’re so excited to celebrate with our favorite people! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those who are named on your invitation. If you received a plus-one, you’ll see their name listed when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding - we truly can’t wait to share this special day with you!

Are children welcome?As much as we love all the children in our lives, we encourage you to enjoy a parents’ night out! Unless otherwise indicated on your invitation, we kindly request that you leave the kids at home, unwind, and celebrate our most special day with us!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?We ask that cell phones and cameras are put away for the majority of the ceremony so that we all can be fully present in the moment! Before and after, however, you are more than welcome to take as many as you want!

Where should I park?There will be a team to direct parking at Marblegate.Ride share is encouraged for anyone hoping to have a fun time! Transportation will be provided for guests staying in the block at the Parkside Embassy.
